1. Introduction

Welcome to LifeRise Academy located at 405 Spray Avenue, Banff, Alberta T1L 1J4, Canada. Our domain liferiseacademy.link hosts services designed to support personal transformation and growth. By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to these terms.

2. Definitions

“Services” refers to live coaching, workshops, retreats, and personal transformation packages. “Info Products” refers to digital courses, webinars, and downloadable learning materials. “Goods” refers to physical items such as books, kits, or branded merchandise.

3. Services

Our coaching sessions and events can be scheduled through our site. If you notify us at least 7 days before a scheduled session, you may choose to reschedule or request a full refund. Rescheduling requires notice no later than 48 hours before the original date and may be subject to availability. Sessions begun or completed are not eligible for any refund or reschedule.

4. Info Products

Digital courses and materials may be refunded in full if requested within 14 calendar days of the purchase date and if less than 20 percent of the content has been accessed. To request a refund, contact us via the contact form. Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 business days. Accessed content beyond 20 percent is not eligible for a refund.

5. Goods

Physical items may be exchanged or refunded within 30 calendar days of delivery if sent back in unused condition and original packaging. To initiate an exchange or refund, contact us and ship the item to our address. Shipping costs are your responsibility. After 30 days, all sales are final.

6. Fees and Payment

All fees are listed on the site at the time of purchase. Payment is processed through secure gateways. You agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your selected offerings.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by LifeRise Academy, including text, graphics, logos, and course materials, is the exclusive property of LifeRise Academy or its licensors and is protected by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LifeRise Academy and its staff are not liable for any indirect or consequential harm arising from use of our offerings. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service at issue.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
